The following letter was received from Jim Prentice in response to a communication that we sent questioning the Joint Review Panel (JRP) that is to review the Enbridge Northern Gateway project. It is curious that both the office of the Federal Minister of the Environment and Enbridge Spokespeople use the same language to defend the JRP.
